I am a mother, daughter, sister and friend. I was diagnosed with MDS on October 1. I have completed 3 rounds of chemotherapy so far and am set to start round 4 on March 15th. I am Indonesian, Filipino and Portuguese. Because of the antibodies I have my brother is not able to be a match for me. Before cancer I was passionate about fitness, writing and being active with my kids. I currently spend my spare time making jewelry l, blogging and watching my daughters play softball. I was a competitive powerlifter for 15 years, coach of it for 5, and set several national records as well as held a world record bench press.
I lifted and set a bench press record in the USPA and the world record was an all-time record I set when I competed at The Arnold Classic in XPC competition 4 years ago. I am not going to let cancer beat me, but I need your help, I need a stem cell donor. My cure is in you.
