In February of 2008, Noah was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (A.L.L.). After receiving chemotherapy treatments for a month, the cancer reached remission. Due to the nature of Noah’s leukemia, he continued with chemotherapy treatments, he did so for three and half years. In April 2012, Noah’s leukemia had returned, this time he needed a bone marrow transplant. Noah is an adoptee from Vietnam, the only child of the family he was adopted from. His best chance of finding an unrelated donor would be from someone who was also Vietnamese or Asian descent. After months of searching, a potential donor was found. Noah underwent a bone marrow transplant. Due to complications, Noah’s health declined and passed away. For more information about Noah, you can visit Noah’s website.
